VACANCY- HR MANAGER
INDUSTRY- MANUFACTURING / MINING / FMCG
LOCATION- LAGOS, NIGERIA
SALARY- $2500 PER MONTH

Responsibilities
• Work closely with Payroll in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
• Support HR Internal audit drives.
• Track and ensure Governance of HR regulatory compliance done by Unit HR heads.
• Execute employee engagement & motivation programs leading to higher retention and better productivity.
• Support implementation of the Staff Performance Management Strategy ; supporting effective objective setting, personal development planning and performance management.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• 10-15 years of experience. Mostly in HR , preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English and Hindi.
• Management ability.
• An Indian Nationale with Cultural sensitivity and experience of working in Nigeria / Africa in a similar industry.
• In-depth hands on knowledge of HR processes and Shared services model.
• Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Experience in managing HR databases, systems and processes.
